I kind of like the bright red armour, very clunky and retro looking. No idea what sort of character he'll be though, he could just, you know, do literally nothing of note the whole movie *cough* phasma *cough*

If he's blind I can kinda get the fighting stick thing ("sensing his way" in the duel - in that Rutger Hauer Blind Fury/cliched blind swordsman kind of way) but how does he aim his crossbow/rifle weapon?

You definitely wouldn't want to be fighting alongside this guy when he has that rifle ready to go. They don't call him Chirrut "friendly fire" Imwe for nothing...

I would imagine you aim it the same way you aim your stick when you swing it. Based off enhanced hearing.

Nah. He's shooting at Stormtroopers. Just aim in their general direction and they'll fall over.

I would imagine you aim it the same way you aim your stick when you swing it. Based off enhanced hearing.

I always aim my stick based on the splash-back versus hitting-water sound, so yeah - maybe Chiirut uses the same method.
