no need to "cut" the neck, removed just the PEG and we got the same result.

You can get more tilt out of the head by cutting/using peg. It won't stay in place without the peg. ie trying to make him look straight down.

If someone wants minimal head tilt, your approach works fine.

(Just my 2¢)

If it was rhe first batch you would gave flaking/fraying on it.

Not really. There where many on the second batch that had the same issues and many in the first batch that had none.

It appears that I got part of the second batch but my wrist had fraying, it was a matter of putting some glue on the inside of the wrist and putting the suit back in place but still a hassle non the less

Yeah the whole issue was a mostly non issue.
