I preordered Loki from Alter Ego Comics. How is their customer service should anything go wrong with my order?

But... to be honest, with a character like Loki I think that's less a concern. I would think most people would want him looking regal and mischievous, not in some extreme battle pose.

Darkchylde way of putting the helmet is a better way than HTs I was going to do the same. But I just thought I,d try HT,S method at least once lol is darn hard ,but in the end managed it. But never going to be easy if guys are struggling to put DX12's cape. Lol and yes these tabs are tiny so breakage is possible.

Sorry but is there another way of putting his helmet on? Would you please show me the link, thanks

They are really nice people. They do what ever they can to make things right. But in the end its up to Sideshow because they buy from them. If Sideshow can/will do something so will AE.

The only thing I don't care for is the layering on the back of the hair. It's got two rows like dreads or something.

There's been a few video reviews out that show the figure in good poses. The articulation doesn't seem too hindered.

sorry ninmaniac i dont have a link for it. it was a video HT put out at the time of Loki,s release on Facebook. but its just shows pulling helmet apart as two. place bottom piece on head 1st, pulling out the chin so not to scrap paint off sculpt, then put on top half. but when i put on my helmet it was really differcult to close the tight fitting gap lol close one side other popped out same with other side. so is fiddly. haha with the horns jabbing at u , snapping the two shut differcult.

Oh that video on the Facebook shows putting Loki helm's on and off as easy as eating pancake . But yeah, I saw many people complained on this issue. Still have to wait until next week to experience on my own.

Whats wrong with their capes now?. Batman's i can understand a custom cape. These seem fine, sit fine on the shoulders and i presume they are not too hard to install? they also don't look too shabby either.

I was never happy with Thor's. Something about the fabric made it seem out of scale with the rest of the figure.

I have no idea how this happened. It's like Loki decided he wanted to come to my house.

So now I have to decide whether to keep the SS order OR chance being able to pick this up for less once the masses ship.


Whatever the case, this will be the first time a figure has pre-ordered ME!
