Anyone else not get enough batteries to make his helmet lights work? Instructions say put three in the compartment, but he only came with two. And the plastic battery holder was only molded for two.

It only needs the two batteries. I spent 15 minutes with three before I figured this out! D'oh!

I believe they already have been. I was at my LCS roughly a month ago and they had one out on display, and they get their stock from SSC.

Didn't this go to waitlist on Sideshow? How is it listed as preorder again? Is HT doing a second run or is Sideshow just getting more in from HT?

HT does not do second runs. Very common misconception. My local 1/6 scale store owner has talked to his sales rep at Sideshow and they've verified that.

Well they may not. But it was wait listed then went back up for pre-order so who knows they still getting more though.

HT did second runs of ANH Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Obi-Wan and Han Solo.

Very unprecedented though. They generally do not do second runs of a figure.

Thanks! I saw the older look "live" in London shop last year and I must say that I prefer the 2nd one. Good body proportion and the rubber suit is not "shinning" like the first one.

This suit has grown on me but I really dislike the head sculpt. They did better with the first version.

My sentiments as well. This figure is cool, but I much prefer the first suit and the first figure. I love the design of it and I love smirking sculpt inside the helmet. I saw the CW figure on display at my LCS and I wasn't as impressed with it as I am the first figure. I'm very happy with that one.

Then why does the sculpt of the V2 Han have slightly better paint apps than the V1? There was a side by side comparison photo of the V1 and V2 sculpts posted a little while back in the ANH Han thread in the SW section and the consensus was that the V2 sculpt has slightly improved paint apps and is the more desired sculpt of the two if one wants the HT sculpt.
