Not gonna lie that change makes me a tad bit worried. I hope they don't f this figure up with that. If I wanted my ironmen to be able to put their hands behind their back or on their asscheeks id buy 6 dollar toys to do that with. No need to make the figure look stupid for insane amounts of articulations that aren't necessary. Im putting my faith in you hot toys, and also 300 bucks, so don't screw me now.:slap

I would like to think its more of a gimmick like IP's legs being able to be extended for the 3 point pose

Can this be done on WM or IP? If so, I wouldn't be worried about it.

Yeah, you pull down on the arms and even the elbows extend for extra articulation. Between that, the extendo torso and hips you could really make the figure look dumb if you were trying or had no idea what you were doing.

Do the Patriot arms do that as well?

Yeah, they are the same. You need to put the arm straight up and down, then pull in a downward motion and the shoulder joint will extend. It might look a little less noticeable on WM/IP because it has a rounder cupped shoulder cover that is spring loaded (to a fault, you can ding up the edges of it on the torso if you're not careful), but if you leave it in a less dynamic poses with the shoulders popped out it will look weird, for sure.

that crotch gap!!!! that's the reason I cancelled my preorder on this figure. I will wait to see more pictures but that's a real let down that I think will limit poses a lot

I only found the color scheme a bit jarring the first time I saw it. Once you get past the fact that its not the standard red and gold its really a cool looking design. I'm interested to see if they really just reverse the colors for mk43 or they will change that in cg.
