Got mine and happy to report no CQ issues here. Overall this is one of the finest Hot Toys figures I've gotten. The sculpt is spot on, if I had to find one grip it's that his eyes aren't red enough. All the accessories in this deluxe pack are great, extra gun for Rocket is nice, more guns is good. Only other gripe I have is putting on the aero-rig kinds scrunches up his Ravager jacket and suspenders/yaka arrow holster and that could do some damage over time so I won't be leaving that on. This thing is incredible. I took pics in natural light and different angles, it looks like Rooker no matter what angle. And in some pics you'll see the protective pieces still on the arrow tips, was just trying poses out before I unpacked everything fully.

Can't believe I missed out on this from my usual place.

Waiting on a store to get their shipment in but man, I hope they make a Volume 1 edition with the amount of praise this is getting in case I miss out on this version.

Nope. I'm now to a point where I probably will use them to order stuff I don't mind waiting for. The high priority stuff gets ordered elsewhere

I'm at the point of pulling all my preorders from them and just going elsewhere. The uncertainty of their delivery is not acceptable when they randomly and quietly change their ship quarters (as they did with Sparrow).

I love it as it is, and it is one of my fav figures ever, but I wish they added a whistling facesculpt. That could have been awesome.

OMG, October....

I'm feeling glad right about now that not all of my pre-orders are through BBTS, but Yondu being such a favorite and being my most anticipated figure this year is making me even more impatient with the wait.

Last time I put my tinfoil hat on everyone got all uppity about it, but I'm fairly comfortable in saying this is because of SS distribution, and it's intentional. BBTS offers buying and shipping options which undercut SS, and SS wants to squeeze customers back to them directly as best as possible. You'll break and order from SS because you don't want to wait next time a figure comes out you want this bad. It's the long term poisoning game.

A small amount of paint seemed to rub right off the tip of Yondu's nose this morning. It seemed slightly off when I opened it last week but I thought it was just normal. I haven't dropped it or anything and if someone else in the home did they are definitely hiding they did it. It stands out pretty bad now and I emailed sideshow replacement center. Do you know if they even do replacements on head-sculpts even when its in stock? I know he isn't even in stock anymore at this point.

If they don't I'd love it if someone could connect me with somebody who does good work with paint I could commission to get it fixed up if its possible.

But its so obvious. Why does BBTS even allow it? Surely there's a way to fight back? Like BBTS becoming an east coast distributor for HT directly. I hope BBTS is bombarding HT with offers to distribute.

It does seem like BBTS always gets their stock last now and that didn't used to be the case. I suspect there is truth in your post. If the price is reasonable I'll order direct from Hong Kong now, it's the only way to completely bypass Sideshow. Just ordered Boba Fett late last week and already almost here.
