Let me start by saying Guy Williams will always be my favorite Zorro.
Here is a Guy Williams sculpt by Todd Grimes (painted by Spenser) with the costume of the Triad Zorro on a Hot Toys body.
It might not be screen accurate by I do love the sculpt. I will eventually replace the boots though.
