Yeah the discount really helped me get him, $99 was a bit much for me. Cant wait to get him in, that cape is gonna have to be improved tho.

I got mine for about $130-135 (the usual price for NECA 18-inchers here), but I still think it's worth it as it can be displayed next to the more expensive PFs and quartr scale figures I got and it doesn't look cheap. Cape should definitely be improved, but it's decent

Amazing collection! Your paint apps really take the figure to a new level. Did Neca confirm Armoured Batfleck? That would be a must have IMO!

Thanks man! I appreciate it. NECA's confirmed that they'll do BvS in 18 inch scale. It wouldn't hurt if they make both suits for Batfleck, but I'd surely get the armored one as I'm sure that NECA can pull it off way better than the spandex suit.

Anyway, saw this rather short review on Youtube -- this guy knows how to display his NECA Batmen with class! Loved how his Keaton Batman is displayed. I wish there are more reviews of this figure!

For your battle damage on the AK Batman did you just drybush it with silver paint? I might give it a shot, i got some tamiya silver paint that would work well i think.

Hey bud, I used the drybrush technique here and there, but for some parts where I wanted to show chipping in random areas instead of scratches, the brush should have a little more paint. Yes, your Tamiya silver paint would definitely work on it. Just be sure to seal it with a top coat varnish afterwards to make sure that your hardwork won't easily get rubbed off by handling. I used Mr. Hobby Semi-Gloss Topcoat spray on mine, masking the mouth area of the cowl first so that the face would remain matte. Hope this helps!

Just got mine, paint is messed up on his upper lip and one of the bat ears is much longer than the other. Dissapointed.

i want to but i got it from calendars.com and i dont know how good they are with replacements. I also dont want to pay to ship it back to them.

also its hard to see perfectly, but it looks like your bat ear on the right (left if you were him) is longer as well. Mine looks like it wasnt properly bent inward like the other side, creating the longer look to it. Again its hard to see in that second picture but i think its similar to mine.

I got my Reeves from calendars and got a replacement and they paid for return shipping.

Mine is not bent in all the way. Good observation. Not bad enough to complain about or return. Everything else is great.
