It can be easily widened with an airdryer. I did with mine and looks so much better (Sorry for my English, I'm spanish :P )

About the differences between the photos and the figure itself, I must say that when a picture is clear, it shows the figure as it is, so I don't expect Palpatine to be different from what we have seen. It's a realistic sculpt, but not a Palpatine sculpt

Good portrait of Pruneface. I hope one day Sideshow releases the Emperor. Really, I don't know how can anybody to like an sculpt that doesn't look like Ian Mcdiarmid at all. I hope the exclusive looks better
