Pretty sure he lost the license a while back and apparently is still granted to continue to make Nathan figures since it was "in production". So someone else can pick up the license and he really can not go on his suing rampage anymore...

Anyone else who has both the original release and reissue that the reissue one is a tad shorter? Looks like they fixed the loose joint issue with the legs but looks like whatever they did, made it shorter. Overall, very happy with the reissue.

I have not taken it out the box yet but what I can see through the window panel, the paint job is different with the sculpt and slightly different in other areas.

Most films, the Actors who played Jason wore "hoods" or full makeup or a combo of both but not in part 3. Richard Brooker actually wore full blown makeup in part 3, no hood. Actually is wearing the Stan Winston makeup the whole movie except for 3 scenes, flashback, hanging reveal and nightmare...

Anyone started a trench coat and hat interest for Ralph yet?
