That wouldn't be smart. The point of an EX is to give something extra in addition to the REG. Changing the color makes it totally different from the REG. Unless the EX includes both a black Batman and a blue Batman lol. Maybe they'd release a black version during Spooktacular 2021.

I don't really care where I have to return it as long as I'm not paying for it lol. Secret Compass has great customer service and stand behind everything. You deal with SC, not the manufacturer.

You should understand that there generally are not import fees for the US. Also, if you've ever purchased a statue from Sideshow, economy shipping is how they received it too. They load a bunch of the statues on a ship in China and then it comes by boat over 2-3 months. So it's the same...
