Same thing happened to me, I submitted a request for a replacement to Sideshow and they sent me a new torso to swap it out with.

I believe you have 30 days to inspect the item for issues, so unfortunately, your timeframe has passed :( They sent me a new torso for the first issue, but they are apparently out of replacement parts for the stand/rod. They sent me this instruction sheet which didn't actually help.

Hmm, I'll just ask for a replacement. Hopefully they'll send it. They already had to replace the torso.

I finally got around to displaying this guy... while this figure looks awesome, it feels cheap. Random parts keep falling off, the light switch for the Arc Reactor was broken and the paper/material with the base logo keeps popping up. I must sound like a complete idiot, but the pillar/rod...

Switching from 2x5Dm3 w/grips to two mirrorless bodies is significantly lighter. Should have made it clearer - I don't really use my Canon lenses now, I switched over to Sony/Zeiss. If need be, I can use my Canon lenses with the adapter.

Just received mine today. Unfortunately, the tab/switch to turn on the Arc Reactor light is missing/broken. I probably can't get a replacement since its sold out :(

I just switched over from Canon DSLR to Sony mirrorless - I don't regret it! All of my Canon lenses are compatible with Sony too, just need an adapter. Shooting weddings is a lot easier on my back now :D

I pre-ordered. I'm loving all the diecast releases so far. All the insecure people can judge me and tell me how I should or shouldn't spend my money while I'm enjoying my life and toys.
