The steelbook is dark blue with Eliza and Amphibian Man holding each other under water. I think it's the same image they used for the movie poster.

Yeah, it's not cheap :lol It should drop a little for you since they remove the VAT for US buyers but i think it comes to about $50 shipped.

Yes and yes. They say it's limited to 1000 but it's not numbered so if they wanted, they could just press some more if it turns out to be very popular which i'm guessing it will once more and more people find out it's the theatrical cut.
