Very happy to pass this one to you. It was $35 and I would be happy to pass it on for the same cost.
Tbh I am quite new to the forums, so not entirely sure on the best way to transfer my preorder to you. Can others advise?
I'd think you'd have to let @Kit Chen know if it's through him. I've never done a transfer before so someone else is probably better suited for someone else to chime in, but I would imagine a starting point would be letting the seller know someone else will be taking that one off your hands.

Wait until you receive the final invoice, then contact Kit.

Man, Kit's the best. I'm another latecomer, so I'll be checking his site religiously for cancelled orders. I've seen this figure pop back up occasionally, but it's been a few months since the last time, so I'm accepting that I've probably missed the boat.

So now that Gandalf has fully shipped and The Batman is getting out the door, Aragorn is next up for release right? I’m struggling to remember what the order is for InArt figures. I think it’s Aragorn, Harry Potter, Superman, Phoenix Joker and Paul Atreides? Something like that?

I think Harry Potter was actually announced before Aragorn, but I'd be BSing you if I said I knew for sure.

For figures actually available for pre-order, yes. It should be Aragorn next, and he's been mentioned in their previous delay announcements. Current estimate is Q2 2024 so fingers crossed.

If they can get Aragorn, Harry Potter and Superman out this year, that’d be a huge win. Aragorn will be harder than the other two, which are short hair and no facial hair. Would be nice if InArt could announce their next LOTR figure (Legolas) soon and we aren’t waiting forever for it.

I realllllly hope Aragorn will come out this Yr, but I'm seeing it as Q3/4 at this rate since we've seen nothing. I suspect Superman will be quicker but probably next Yr, but yeah will be a huge win if they get all 3out this Yr.

Man, having Gandalf on the way but no Aragorn in sight hurts and then you realize they didn't even show ANYTHING about Legolas. He could be 3 years away. What the hell.:thud:

Next figure reveal is suppose to be a LOTR character according to Viper. Last interview with John from In Art he mentioned the reason they haven't put him up for pre order is that they have been put into contact with someone from WB who is suppose to give them access to info about the original props and costumes (he sited the whole song and dance about the green print on Gandalf's pant hem that wasn't really visible in the movie but was on the costume, wanting to avoid another situation like that). Also licensor approval, not sure if both are related.

I know it's difficult, but after seeing how, in my opinion, they are 4 for 4 with their releases, I say, let them cook!

Very excited to see Legolas and eventually Gimli. Those two paired with Aragorn will be *chef's kiss.*

Interested in the hobbits, too, obviously, but that trio is the one I really want to complete.

You are correct. Aragorn went up January 2023, Potter was May 2023, Superman was October 2023, Phoenix Joker was January 2024, and Paul Atreides was March 2024.

Batman officially released right when the last batch of Gandalfs shipped out to distributors. That release took 6 months right?

Batman will be a large production run for sure. Let’s be optimistic and say InArt ship them all out in 4 months or less taking us to September for the next release.

Aragorn would probably also take 4 months to fully get out the door- presumably his order numbers are at least on par with Gandalf but he has half the hair and a sculpted version that should speed up production- we probably shouldn’t expect Potter to reach ‘influencers’ before 2025.

Unless they’re able to do overlapping releases or significantly speed up production without sacrificing quality, we’ll only see two more figures AT MOST this year.

I'm in final batch for Aragorn. I'm not expecting him this year.

That’s a wise expectation to set.

I’d actually prefer all these new staff InArt are supposedly training aren’t put anywhere near Aragorn.

I want that figure to be the greatest thing I’ve ever seen so getting his hair done by seasoned pros will be essential.

Let it take as long as it takes.

Well ****. Last batch could mean everybody gets a turn. By then the hype around Aragorn would have died, and focus will have shifted to their next release.
