Heise is the best. They in fact taught Yuan everything they know.

WW clothes set is very good but also very hard to come by.
Interesting you would say that cause I just got a quote from Juan about painting and rooting a Joker head sculpt. Let's just say I'm looking for a different route now. Is Heise cheaper then Juan?

Yes he is. And no they didn't taught Yuan, they both were instead class fellows at the China Academy of Art.

No, only shirt and waistcoats. The fullset would only be able to be purchased second hand.
I have a feeling the full set will slowly be available to purchase given that, at first, the shirts were only available to purchase from left over stock and nothing else was being available to order separately where quite a few of use were told it wasnā€™t going to happen at all; however, now the shirts are being made to order as well as the ties and waistcoats. So, @Aybaig , I say give it some time and pretty soon the blazer and purple coat will become available to order as well. Youā€™ll end up paying more than the full set though given the crazy $60+ shipping they charge (to the US at least) each time they ship you something. I say that knowingly and willingly being a sucker having bought 3 shirts, ties and waistcoats along with 2 set of their shoes that Iā€™ve had to repaint and redo fitting of the socks :lol :slap

You are absolutely right my friend. I'll be definitely waiting on this. Thanks alot :)
60+ shipping to US just for little 1/6 clothing?? That's crazy!
Btw, what do you and @Cap'n Cook think of the headsculpt I shared earlier today? Need little advise from you guys as I don't know much about this character that deeply haha. Thanks ;)

Side rant. These youtube reviewers do a horrible job showing off a figures accessories. Most of the time they don't even show the hand assortment. They all use the same lazy template
Yeah the early more amateurish production YouTubers were a lot more comprehensive in their reviews. Things like showing off all the accessories fell by the wayside possibly because it can get a bit boring and repetitive. But the archivist completist nature in me prefers the detailed earlier style of reviewers like Shartimus Prime, Optibotimus, ClipperKing, John Carlos McMaster.

Used to watch all of these guys. Optibotimus shows every little thing just the way I think it should be shown to those who haven't decided on that particular thing or are just waiting for it.

Yeah Justin and Jedha seem to just give a passing glance now and just jump into the head sculpt and posing now. From memory even they seemed to be more comprehensive in their earlier reviews. I get it, they probably had feedback from their members they donā€™t care about every different sort of hand etc.

I think the sculpt is nice but isnā€™t my preferred look. With this version of Joker, I think you really have to go with your own feelings of what you want in the shelf b/c everyone has their own idea of how he should look. For me, Iā€™m fine with the InArt and soon to be HT sculpts with eventually getting them redone by Heise or someone of similar talents.

Of that group, I used to love Optibotimus, but the 1/6 community wasnā€™t kind to him or his videos constantly telling him his voice was annoying and that he shouldnā€™t be showing his hands in the videos. I think he still does some 1/6 video reviews from time to time, but not as much as he used to and definitely doesnā€™t circulate them here any longer.

Exactly my friend. I'm a sucker for likeness, and thought that one was straight out of that "WHERE ARE THEY?" scene, just moments before Batman bangs his head on that desk. It looked really good to me likeness wise. Still have to study this character though šŸ˜…
However, I plan to get one more portait that at least should resemble his "mob/pencil scene" look.
constantly telling him his voice was annoying and that he shouldnā€™t be showing his hands in the videos.
You are kidding right? šŸ˜ž at least we guys here only joke about few people with the sole intention of lightening up the mood once in a while but this, telling someone directly that their voice is annoying or they shouldn't show their hands is literally inhumane. Now I understand why I don't get to see much of his videos these days.

I think, if edited right, one can still make a showreel showing every single accessory in close-ups and from great angles, that too within mere 2-3 mins.
