Here is mine. Very happy with it. The seam in 1/6 is not as noticeable as it is in close up pictures.

My friend who received his Tobey today got the first batch and when he emailed Sideshow, they said they aren't issuing replacements, only full refunds.

So either yall can get a full refund or enjoy your Spoder-man

Well there is the option of the new masked head being made by Vincentoys.

Got mine in last night from Sideshow. Luckily it appears to be second batch. But big L to Sideshow because apparently it's like 50/50 with which one people are getting. Regardless of the flaws, I really do love it! And I'm SO happy to finally replace the old Tobey.

I regret not paying the payments on Doc ock and goblin now.

SS is HT HR team they are of no real help when you need them. Sucks for those who got first batch. I got lucky with second batch.

Thanks bud, but I prefer the glider with the deluxe, which is what I had on PO but canceled from missing payment.

I got standard edition 2nd batch.

So to confirm if you’ve ordered a standard version through sideshow it’s going to be 2nd batch? Sideshow just confirmed to me if it’s 1st batch they won’t be doing any exchanges etc

It's a mix of 1st and 2nd batch from Sideshow currently. They don't send replacements, only return for a refund.

Just got my Exclusive Deluxe in from SS. I think this is first batch? The eyes don't seem lined up evenly, along with his goat whisker. Can anyone confirm?

Has anyone opted for a return, and if so, did SS reimburse shipping?

Replay Toys is now saying May

so its confirmed exclusive edition is batch 1?

No that looks like the 2nd batch, the first batch is way worse, the eyes are like nearly at his forehead, you've got a good one.
