None of that applies to me
I merely wanted to express the joy and give other folks a glimmer of hope - seems quite a few have been getting filled
My brother just received his Gandalf today from TW......it isn't all fake from what I'm seeing. Thankfully, I didn't order from them, I'm waiting on one from,Kit.
Sorry, I should have clarified that I don't think they are all fake or not really getting them. I truly do hope people will get everything they have paid for from TW including this Gandalf. I just hope people don't take that as a sign to trust them again. Time to cut ties with them as there are many great stores to purchase from that are trustworthy.

I got mine from KG Hobby over the weekend. How the heck do you get the healdsculpt out of the little display case? Seems the top should twist off, but mine seems stuck.

The top portion of the clear case comes off. Just grip it and rotate while pulling upwards. You rotate the sculpt as well and then pull. Might be a bit snug on there.

Mine was stuck too, be careful not to hit the sculpt's nose when popping off the clear section from the base, I had to use many twisting back and forth motions to gradually open it. A few of my other InArt containers were stuck so tight that I had to pry off the top lid and reach in to get the sculpt out.

Arrived!!! I like how InART double (2 brown shippers) / triple (if you count the art box) boxes
I have the InArt Joker and I have not even opened the first layer yet lol

It shows in the instruction booklet how to open and take the head out of the canister :wink1:

Yes, seems mine is stuck. Might need to get some rubber grips or cabinet liner to try twisting it off later! :D

Nice, so we're in the 2023 orders now. I guess my June 2023 order should arrive around end Feb/early March then.

Maybe any day now. I ordered June 10 2023 from TNS. They invoiced 1/26 for balance, and shipped Jan 30th. I received last week.

Has anyone unscrewed and looked at the eye mechanism? It looks as though mine is slightly boss-eyed. Wondering if you can individually move and set an eye into position?

Got mine and I have to say, until you see it in hand you really cannot appreciate what a work of art this is.
Been in the hobby a very long time and i've not seen anything like this before.
I am now just a collector of Inart.
Hate putting up these cheap phone pics as they make it look 50% of what it truly looks like but couldn't resist.

Mine has arrived too and it seems almost surreal. Wonderful looking pieces (eyes might be a little off set perhaps). I am looking forward to being able to display properly. Until then, he's remaining entombed.

Dampen down the clothes and then drape in a more natural way, it makes all the difference.
Eyes are fine as soon as you move them, mine looked a little off but as soon as I moved them they looked fine.

I've done this with the deluxe coat joker as mine felt a little cross eyed and the movement was a bit restricted. It appears to the be same mechanism, and if it is then yeah you totally can. I'm glad i did that to my joker even though it can be a little bit of a pain in the ass to get in there with my fat little fingers and move them myself.

Just got mine in today. Couldn't believe it was triple boxed. Also incredible presentation and packaging.

What have you guys been doing for treatment right out of the box? Wet brush to the hair? Anything recommended for the wrinkles in the cloak?

I futzed with the outfit and got it to sit nicely, just wondering about the rest, since I haven't worked with really premium figures before.

Spray bottle, dampen down all the clothing then drape it with your fingers so the material falls in a more natural way.
