Finally got around to unboxing this figure. Very late to the party.

Excuse the low-light photos. Lighting isn't so good this time of day in my basement. Time to redo the lighting down there.

Haven't taken time to futz the hair. Straight out of the box here. I was worried that the figure would disappoint but it's far-and-away the best sixth scale figure that I've owned though I've mostly only collected DC and Marvel Hot Toys.

Were people clamoring/asking for the detonator from InArt prior to this news?

Seems a helluva lot of FOMO right now.
I just like having all the accessories possible/available. I know some folks find one pose and it stays like that forever, but I tend to like to take a day when I can to go through and find a new pose with different accessories for of a couple figures at a time after a couple months of the previous pose. So it’s nice to have as all the accessories/items a character may have used in a movie

Is the sculpted the only you have? I went that route and then bought a rooted sculpt parted out, and that rooted blows the sculpted one away.
Ye, if you enjoy looking at spaghetti Joker from above, just wait till you see one with a luscious full head of rock hard green and ginger hair.

I went sculpted 2 pack because it was new and I didn't want to commit to mass produced rooted hair at the time, after all was said and done I didnt feel like trying to sell ship my giant 2pack box to buy a rooted 2pack, the hair doesn't bother me at all.

I really just dislike the coat, his shoulders puff up really bad and give him a weird silhouette, thats my main issue with it.

You need to move his shoulders down a bit

You need to move his shoulders down a bit

from how they look in my pic? I have them pushed up in that pic to create a hunched over/flat shoulder look. when its down all the way the shoulders have an ugly slope up to the neck

This pic is from the day I received the figure, so hes not futzed very well, but his shoulders always look like this.

Removing that “washer” on the neck of the head sculpt can help create a more “hunched” look, since it lowers the head a bit.

I took it off mine and now the shoulders are a bit more pronounced without having to position them way up or having the coat bunched up.

It slides right off the neck adapter, without having to break/permanently alter anything.

Ive taken it out before, but ended up putting it back on, the sculpted hair gets in the way unfortunately. Might try it again tho.

Just got my WonderWorld TDK Joker shirts in and I have to say, they’re quite the upgrade to the InArt shirts. The collar particularly lays really well, needs minimal futzing and they used real, in scale hand sewn buttons (even though you can see them) instead of the glue on studs. The pattern print is also much sharper than the InArt

Glad to hear you like the shirt, my Wonder suit is finally shipping out today so I’m curious to see everything in hand.

I know you're the expert, so your opinion my differ. But for me, these shirts are definitely good enough. I wish I could've gotten the full set given the price as I would've at least liked to also have the blazer from that set and maybe even the vest as I like the darker color. Next is to eventually get the Dino tie.

Admittedly, the WonderWorld magnetic shoes leave some to be desired. I like the shape better than the InArt but the final detailing unfortunately is a bit rough and for some reason, the finish is a semi gloss rather than matte so I'll need to fix that. The magnets are super strong but they're the wrong way/upside down on the right foot on both pairs I got, so I'll need to figure out how to get at the magnets to flip them over so they work with the InArt base.

Looks great! I'm in the final batch for the full outfit. Aries has been really behind on her schedule on her run so still waiting on that. Interested in seeing both of them in person. Will probably sell one off depending on which one I like better. Would also be curious to see it on the INART body and sculpt.

I can provide photos of the Wonder suit on an InArt body, as I chose not to have mine dressed on a body provided by Wonder, I should receive it in a week or so, shipping out to me today.

I also have the Iris suit, some parts of Katos, and some parts of Yunsils, so I can provide comparison photos of everything.

A buddy showed me more pics of the Wonder shoes, I agree about the gloss and lack of detailing on them, which made me ultimately pass and just bought a pair of his gloved hands instead. He really likes the suit, I have mixed feelings but can’t fully express them until I have it in hand.

With the collar being better and laying more naturally on the WonderWorld shirt, I didn't need to take the spacer out. The InArt tie also sits better with the new shirt than the InArt one. Can't say enough good things about the WonderWorld shirt, but admittedly, I've never had any other TDK Joker clothes than the previous HT attempts and now InArt; so, if you've had stuff from previous custom tailors, it may not be as great for you as it is for me 😅 If I had to choose between the two sets as whole (Aries and WW), just going from pics, I'd probably choose Aries. Interested in what you think when you receive both

Is the Wonder shirt that dark in hand, that’s one of the parts I wasn’t fond of if so. Glad to hear it hugs the neck better.

if youre hell bent on using the inart base, thats gonna be tough to do. personally, id ditch that base in favor of something classier. PT bases or ones you can find from shumi arts or onew. metal sheets so you wont worry about polarity. really strong magnets. i find inart's shoes, the magnets are stronger at the front then the heels

but definitely agree on the glossiness for the shoes, it was a little offputting when i opened it but that kinda went away when i felt how thin the coat was

edit: dont mean to drop my ig here or promote it but the pictures were too big for the site
