Did Kojun sculpt that one or was he already gone by the time of the DX12?
While the production piece softened up quite a bit and had that extra tan and bland paint apps that HT were doing with many of their releases around that time, I’d argue the prototype was quite an upgrade to any Bale sculpts we had before then. Sure, now it’s pretty obviously dated, but at the time it wasn’t bad.

The Joker looks too detailed its abit weird if that makes sense lol.
I'm hoping these JND sculpt will just be another 'it looks better in person' and it usually is, and maybe they just don't photograph that well.

It does. I get the same feeling when looking at the Bale sculpt in certain images. I feel it's a byproduct of them using silicone. It seems to give it this very bumpy and noisy texture running throughout the skin. It's something you see on their bigger scaled statue as well. Makes the skin look dry and over textured. Might be something that looks better in person though as you said. No way of knowing yet with these 1/6 scaled versions.

In terms of TECH- JND’s *MAY* have outshone InArts Ledger…(maybe in a few years the execution will have matured, improved and be cheaper to produce)
But in terms of sculpt/likeness, nah fam

I was like “this portrait feels very familiar”.
Kojun, he seems like a nice guy…but his Joker and Bruce/Batman ain’t cutting it. you want your sculpts to make a statement, not the price!

Perhaps it's a cultural thing, I can't quite understand but as someone who deals with the marketing and "idea" portion of my business I never found myself looking pompous or overly egotistical when I have to present new products to my customers. I always ask from feedback as well to make sure that whatever I present is fun and not the big box store jargon.
It's weird to me that when watching the videos and presentations the enthusiasm seems manufactured, ungenuine and more so a low key beat my chest ours is the best. Though I've gotten that more from Hot Toys and now this brand, Inart I dunno seems a little more inviting, like some 3rd party companies.
As I've gotten older I defintly am enjoying the Batman IP more than alot, but it's tiresome that every big company is making the same exact stuff over and over again.

Maybe the reason JND’s figures cost so much is: its to cover the costs of the overly produced videos.

For some reason i see a slight hint of tom cruiseJND has a second sculpt for Bale with his mouth closed but the likeness slips further on that one than the open mouth version. Feel like they're making him look way older than he was in the film.

If I couldn’t part $1.8k for a package that consists of FOUR highly detailed, beautifully crafted figures based off of a character that has not received any official 1/6 merch…there’s no way in any absolute hell will I part with $2k for a figure with a so-so likeness and a statue.
JND/Kojun…get a grip. Come back to reality.

Another reason why Gcard is brilliant, I didn’t even mention the leaking issues to him personally, although they were present, and I received mine way back in June. Now he wants to send me a brand new pair free of charge. You just don’t get that level of care out of most people.
That's a good and responsible seller.
For sure.
For anyone thinking about hopping on any of his future runs, know that the quality of work is his top priority. He’s a collector as well, and only wants the best.
