Should I even politely nudge them about my copy of Wandavision Liz Olsen that I pre-ordered from them over four years ago and it never came. I do still have the emails that they sent me..

Edit: Paid in full, but guaranteed that they will require more extortion money to cover their BS if requested.
Worth a try, I seen a guy the other day post on reddit that his clone trooper was shipped so there is still a small chance they may ship it.

Just got this email from TW. If you believe this, you also believe that the Moon Landing never happened, Hannibal Lecter has a sweet tooth, Trump is a genuinely good human being, etc..

I hope you’re asking that question sarcastically @potato. What does your “Gut/Intuition” tell you?

I don’t want to see another or hear another Nippon Yassan cluster **** up.

No.

Can’t you put a pre-order in a non scummy re-reseller @potato? There’s a very high risk that you’re going to be **** over big time.

There are other reputable 1/6 providers that have a better track record and both TW and Pop Collectables are not correct answer.

I’m really getting frustrated about newbies that are just entering the 1/6 collection and they still going with TW regardless of what experienced collectors say about their reputation and the horror stories that goes along with it.

Hi i got this too, i respond to every sales email with a paste in reply ''many thanks for these great offers, i am keen too order more from you but will need my order number ..... sent first as its very overdue, all the best ian'' this does several things 1)fills their inbox while making it obvious we have not forgotten our goods. 2) lets them know there is potential for sales if they fulfill their backlog of orders. 3) a reply promising action especially with a set date helps any future card claim (at least in the UK ) 4)polite tone keeps comms open so they dont just shut accounts or close the doors & go home. i have mixed feelings about tw/cs i had 20 figures from them no problems mostly around 1/2 price even with shipping , had they really wanted to shaft me they could have not delivered the previous 4 which i used a huge chunk of points with codes on, but they arrived together as though they really were making an effort but that was around august 2023.

I shopped with them for years and they were fine until about the end of 2021/start of 2022, then I started to experience problems with them.

I currently have open orders/pre-orders with them totaling about £2,800 (give or take for the currency exchange), they have "promised" that all of the orders that have released figures will be dispatched by the 16th January, but this is the 3rd or 4th date they have gave me in as many months promising that the items will be shipped.

I've already opened claims with PayPal for all orders that fell within the 180 days and been successful and have open claims with my credit card which so far have said at least half should be recoverable and they are checking the rest.

Having said all of that, they did ship my InArt Gandalf midway through December and he arrived 2 days after.
I'm not advocating for them and they won't get anymore business from myself, but I was very surprised to receive Gandalf that early or at all.

Just if anyone is curious;

Open and released orders:
HT Battle Droid
HT Cad Bane Deluxe
HT Amazing Spider-Man (Garfield)
HT Friendly Spider-Man (Tobey)
HT Batman (Pattinson)

Pre-orders:
InArt Aragorn
InArt Batman
HT Anakin EP2
HT Padme EP2
HT C-3PO
HT Mantis
HT Mace Windu
HT Super Battle Droids x2
Just an update from my situation, today I had refunds to my credit card totaling £349.

I called my credit card company and they explained that it will take sometime to get the full amounts that I have claimed for as they are all individual payments through TWL payment plans, I think the total was almost 100 individual payments.

So I just have to sit tight and I should receive a good chunk of my money back, calculating it myself based on the dates they are able to go back too I will be at a loss of roughly £400.

An expensive outcome but just glad that I could get any money back at all.
Going to continue to pester TWL about the orders that fall within this £400 and hope I actually get them.

I also put in claims against them on PayPal for orders I actually received, going to try and claw back my money anyway possible as they have essentially stolen £400 from me at this point.

Edit: Forgot to also note they put a block on any further payments as I still have payment plans open with TWL, if any others manage to get through I can request a new credit card which will have different details so that no more automatic payments can be taken.

Exact same thing I did. They shipped nothing for a ýear now or so.
I paid for things they claimed were in stock and never shipped.
Went through paypal, they are filth and will not help, so dis it through my back. Got a few hundred out of 2 plus grand.

No matter what they say, or do, I am in no way ever responding or buying from them.

All they did was jerk me around. I am happy for thise who got something,I didn't...

It's funny that they have posted a video on their Instagram showing they are "back to full capacity" again with lots of orders shown being packed.

Another false hope like the video a few months ago.

Wasn't it that last year or so, ToysWonderland also showed fake videos/pictures of their "warehouse" full of items? I think this was posted on the deleted ToysWonderland thread. I remember seeing a similar video/picture and people recognized it as coming from another company and it wasn't owned by ToysWonderland.

Edit: Also on their Facebook page!!

They only scammed me over one figure, i constantly report them on Instagram for scammers activity, but instagram always report me back, that there is no foul play with them.

I send one Email about my figure every week, i only get the generic reply that they will answer me in a couple of business days, but it has been radio silence since two months.

@Adeno - Yep.. I do remember that one from the now scrubbed Toys Wonderland thread.

Kit was the one that called out that was pure fakery and that Philip Leung was BS to get more unsuspecting customers to shop at his store.

That photoshop TW logo on the brown boxes on the video is pure false promises. Now that TW is limiting how many posts on their comment section, you know that some very sketchy activity is about to start up again (plus how many unsuspecting innocent new 1/6 collectors going to fall in the same trap again). The damage is already done as there’s so many documented reports of how scummy TW really is.

Yep, they steal photos of others and claim it's ready to be shipped. These guys have 2000 plus from me. I fuckkkgin HATE THEM!!!!! HATE THEM!!!!

They send me emails still, particularly the last 2 weeks or so. They are re-doing their scam. Ship out a few figs, get people on board, then stop shipping items.

Another video posted today showing them packing a few of the newer released Hot Toys, yet orders for figures that were released early last year still have not been processed.

Wonder where they get all of the B roll from their videos...
Probably go to legit stores and take pics of their warehouses.

Bunch of crooks.
