i didnt order from kit this time because i had coupons at specfic that were rotting but id be willing to drop some money for that accessory or if it can be shipped together with an existing order that we have to save costs

It be a nice gesture to get the inart gift accorsory, however it’s not a must have for me I have the HT DX11 EX which I salvage for accessories nowadays

Thankfully it's not something I care about. I still have the detonator from DX11 and I never displayed it once since getting it. Boring accessory to have him just standing there holding. It's honestly better suited for the JND release with the 2 dogs they're throwing in for that scene. I wouldn't swap out the knife or gun that he's holding for it.

I’m sure you will figure out something. Whatever method you choose just be transparent and do your best then move on.
Either way some will be excited and others will be a little disappointed, but it would be really irrational for people to get angry about not getting something they were never expecting in the first place.
It’s not Kits fault by any means, however this isn’t something IA should be doing, either include it upon initial release, or sell add on accessory packs later on. Don’t make it a random gift to select people, why were they working on a detonator far after production anyways?

Maybe they wanted to include it before but didn't for some reason so they just put it out as gift / for people to buy with reward points, not cash

I understand it to be a kind gesture on their part, but it excludes everyone that isn’t able to order through them directly, a sure chance at getting it.
Your hands are tied, you can’t ensure everyone here will get it, nor should you.
That’s my issue with the gesture, either include it in the initial release, make enough to have your retailers sell them in a collective accessory pack to further complement your figure, or don’t bother. Again not after you Kit, you’ve always provided your customers with superb service, they were given to you so you’ll do what you deem fit, that’s no issue.
