Not looking forward to those AAA batteries either. I foresee leaking issues reports from collector after a few years spent in those cabinets. Not mentioning 2nd hand acquisitions with damaged battery compartments.

Pre-Ordered two of these along with Mace from KG. That gave me the ability to make some decent savings using slow boat shipping but that could add another two months of waiting on-top of KG also being among the last to get figures in.
Hopefully they at least release around the same time.

They'd be a cool 25th anniversary release for TPM.

With how much focus the PT is getting right now, I think it is more of a matter of "when" not "if."

A Jar Jar Bink or little Ani can even be released way before ESB Han ever sees the production light.

Kidding aside I reckon those two as a set would sell very well. They’re both in my top 10 wanted list.

Despite the softening of attitudes towards Jar Jar and Anakiddo over the years, I don’t know about very well. They would sell okay and I think Jar Jar would actually make for an interesting figure but also feels like people are getting more selective. He’d be in the $300’s and that’s a tough sell.

And despite the resurgence of love for the PT, TPM probably doesn’t quite pull in the numbers like TCW and ROTS. Might work as a smaller run convention exclusive.

Would be best if released alongside a Tatooine or Battle of Naboo Padme and TPM Obi-Wan.

I’d definitely pick up young Anakin and Jar Jar. If they don’t happen I won’t be too upset but they’d be good additions to the collection.

Since I slept on the B1 battle droid I decided to secure one of these, looks like a solid figure. Hope to see some more versions of all the battle droids as well as a commando droid at some point.

I've been passing on these battle droids so far but I'd find it hard to resist a commando droid. Or a Destroyer droid.
