Because The Mandalorian is more popular than Attack of the Clones, which is widely regarded as the worst Star Wars movie. It just makes sense from a business stand point.

Ugh, we can’t even get a droid from aotc. It has to be the mandalorian version. I am the sole freak completely annoyed by everything mandalorian. I like the show, it’s just I’m salty about no kenobi, baze, han, padme, veers and so on. Happy about the rotj scout, but wary if it goes up. Wow, Howard loves the mandalorian.
