He mentioned he was in a hurry to unbox and review because he was excited for it so possible he just didn't futz it properly. Also, he pulled the entire beard forward, Breda mentioned some of it is meant to sit behind his shoulders, giving it that puffed out look. Nothing a proper spritz of water and paint brush won't fix.

This is going to be a common occurrence with longer/lots of rooted hair. Just like figures with looks of adjustable/loose clothing. Lots of false negatives. Hopefully people will adjust as the community collectively learns and shares the best methods to tame these beasts.

It looked great when the headsculpt was in the case. He futzed it very badly.

I love Will…

But the way he set up the figure 🤣🤣🤣

Through out the video I was like “dude what are you doing??”

The comments section is naturally filled with those that were never getting the figure to begin with and ‘chicken little-ers”.

Especially the top comment that said it’s a big miss based off of Will’s video and is gonna sell it (yeah right🙄)

It’s like…what about the OTHER videos that came before?? Yknow, the ones where Gandalf looked phenomenal?? But oh, ONE non futzed video and it’s a wrap.

GTFO here man 😂😂

At least there are some reasonable people aware it’s a matter of futzing.

This☝️I got the HT Chewbacca and had to futz with the hair a lot but finally got it right. Patients is the key.

An old man traveling widely without a brush or comb and getting into messy situations plus the wind messing with his hair and beard? Yeah, I love a very disheveled Gandalf. It don't bother me.(y)

This guy shouldn’t showcase figures if…..you know, he doesn’t know how to.
What on Earth has he done to the hair? Looks like he’s brushed out all the product with a Barbie comb lol.

Do with this info what you will.

I personally try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt and assume no malice. I can easily see someone excited but rushed not giving a figure its due diligence.
