I think it's still a good figure. Granted I have lower standards for the likeness of Linda Hamilton than that of Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I'll come out and say it, I think the NECA figure has a better likeness.....definitively :dunno I think Sarah Connor is one of NECA's exceptional likenesses, it's not even in doubt IMO, they produced an unmistakable resemblance. However, HT did a reasonable job - apart from the fringe as Snoop101 pointed out. It looks a bit Cleopatra-like. That's not what Linda had in T2, it was much longer.

Overall though, if my recommendation counts for jack ***t I would say this is still a good figure and worth the purchase if you have a desire for some sort of completism for T2. My biggest issues with the figure are the aforementioned hair inaccuracy and the wobbly knees that too easily bend the wrong way.

Agreed, one of the best likeness I have seen and in 7" well truly amazing

Just picked up one Saturday, never see this pop up anywhere for a really good price from my past searches, but it's great to have a Sarah to add to the many T-800 and T-1000s.

She is a pretty nice figure. Good likeness and lots of accessory options. Even more if you get the T-1000 version of her.

I wasn't planning on getting any but saw one pop up and had the money so why not. T2 is the GOAT.

Decided to take a chance on this after seeing it go up for a decent price, and I gotta say I am really impressed. I was expecting it to look cheaper and more outdated like Dutch, given it was released only a year later, but the quality of the outfit is miles better, the seamless body looks really damn good, and the sculpt holds up surprisingly well too. Although clearly the paint could use some touching up. And I think I might need to weather the outfit and boots a bit more as well.

I'm a little nervous about those seamless arms cracking, but this seems like a pose I could probably leave it in just fine.

Congrats, I keep telling people it's a fantastic figure and holds up well today. I sold mine in favor of the much better T-1000 disguise sculpt, which is even better!

I was going to post last night when it occurred to me I probably posted exactly what I was about to post whenever the last time this thread was bumped. And sure enough my opinion can be found on the previous page.

In short though, I still think this is a solid figure other than the wobbly knees. In full assassin mode she looks cool or also in just the green vest with the sunnies on for the scene where she's doing weapons checks on the picnic table. The other Sarah figure meanwhile facilitates the T-1000 in disguise as Sarah scene with the feet melded to the floor option - back when Hot Toys used to put thought into Terminator figures. Even NECA haven't made that.

Yeah I know the other version probably captures her main look in the movie better, but I just wasn't feeling the expression for some reason.

And yeah the knees on this are the most wobbly I've ever seen, and I'm amazed I could get her to stand naturally on them at all.

Either way, I think both versions of this figure are overlooked gems when it comes to Hot Toys, I highly recommend either and it genuinely represents an era where HT was diversifying their offerings which is not so the case today.

I think what I love most about the figure is the body proportions which I don't think is identical to any other 1/6 figure out there, coupled with the vest and gear she looks phenomenal.

Idk I think the head sculpt is a huge step down from the Protoype. It's one of the few that I don't regret getting.
