Yeah, that's the exclusive version. I emailed BBTS about it and they confirmed that the one listed on their site is the U.S. exclusive. They didn't mention the non exclusive version at all.

You could always just use a reshipping service if you want country exclusive items...

They'll be getting and shipping the U.S. special edition (i.e. the one with the long telescope). Unfortunately they don't know when they'll be getting them in stock.
