Figure is completely mint and displayed in a smoke and pet free home. All lights work (one hand is dimming, but battery WILL be replaced when sale is completed.) All flaps work and is complete with factory box and no brown shipper since it was out of a solid case of Mark 3's upon purchase...

It always has and always will come down to licensor approval. There are rare exceptions that have had "replica" quality versus what mostly happens is "idealized representation."
