It possible and even likely that Storm Shadow as well as Baroness were movie related figures and therefore their release was postponed. That would also partially explain why Wave 2 only features three figures rather than 5 or 6 (3 CCs, 2 Gung Hos, and 1 Red Ninja per case).
I assumed that a...
These images were shown on the Facebook page of the Malaysian G.I. Joe Adventure Park (which seems to be unavailable as of now) and likely shows what can be expected for the upcoming Cobra figures in the line. Storm Shadow will undoubtedly be the most polarizing because of a mask which seemingly...
Definitely a grey-greenish skin tone on the face sculpt. There are a total of five left hands and three right hands. The one nitpick I may have is that I wish the crown had been more of a greyish metal look than black iron, which causes a lot of contrast on what's basically supposed to be an...
Look who showed up today! Last I checked with USPS on Wednesday, a label had been created but it supposedly hadn't left Taiwan yet.
The seal on the top of the box was broken and it looked as though the figure had been been removed and the contents briefly inspected somewhere in transit, but...
It's a funny thing but I barely noticed the neck/head issue until people here pointed it out, while others here have claimed they have no issue with the way Theoden's hairpiece attaches to his head while I though it really detracted from an otherwise excellent figure.
The visible joint line on...
Mine shows as a bad tracking number on Chungwa, as well. USPS showed that a label had been created but it was not yet in their system. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered this morning.
This is among the best figures Asmus has produced for us in a while. My initial "out of the box" impression is that they really outdid themselves with this figure. I know some have concerns over the mixed hair type but I didn't find it an issue at all.
Looks awesome! I recently had to sell my Sideshow statue of the Twilight Witch King (along with all the others from that line) so I'm happy to be getting this one.
Kit will be playing Dane Whitman / Black Knight in The Eternals, which will reunite him on screen with Richard Madden (Robb Stark). Da Kings in da North!!!

100% agreed. I generally have preferred sculpted over rooted in other lines, but Asmus seems to do a much better job with rooted hair. Not sure if Theoden will ever warrant a 2.0 or SLIM version but I would like to see this look with rooted hair:
There's a lot to like about this figure but there are some disappointments too. For one, the armor is definitely more of a dull brown than the rich deep red seen in some of the preview shots. Like Eomer, pose-ability is quite limited by the way the pauldrons and skirting are constructed and it...
