Yeah unfortunately I've never had much luck communicating with Zenpunk directly. Hopefully we get an update soon, I'm really looking forward to this figure!

Timewalker toys updated my order a while ago and said that the figure was delayed until first quarter 2018 - unfortunately we're already pretty far past that and there have been no additional updates since.

Yeah man first time I've ever had trouble with a 3A package. It just sucks that it's for one of my most wanted figures... Fingers crossed that it works out somehow!

Yeah thankfully 3A (Candy) is dealing with that insurance claim stuff through their logistics company. I'm just curious if anyone's had an experience with lost product and whether 3A ever replaces in those situations? Somewhat unrelated but I saw the video of your collection tigerfeet....all...

does anybody know what 3A's policy is on lost packages? My kyuuketsuki got lost (thanks UPS... :mad: ) and I'm worried I'm going to end up tracking one down myself and paying flipper prices... :monkey2 I've tried asking Candy from 3A for the past two weeks but I've only gotten answers...
