Can I ask how you made the cuts (what tools etc.)...they seem super-fine.
And the red part with the ears/lower back of head...is that just glued and takes force to separate?
Do you think the eye could be removed and upgraded? I'm thinking it needs to be more of a clear emerald green and ideally have an LED behind it.
Does the back casing look like it's been glued and could maybe be prised off to access the eye from the back?

Is the plastic MKV smaller than the early MKII AU, MKIV and War Machine MK1 (non-diecast) or the same height?
I want to add the new MKV to the above early figures but worried it will be too tall. Don't want to have to replace the whole set with newer diecast models.

No it's the same (comparing to old one now). But the chest RT is missing a ring of silver paint.
Still a great looking armor. Prefer the rubber panties to the segmented design in later models.
I was thinking of using the neck-less version of the head as it would go on a Tony body which has a neck already.
The last OSK head I got looked very dark against the skin tone of the body/neck and in general (see pic above). Ended up in the spare parts tub.
