I can help with sculpting, molding, and casting....

These are my dogs, Rudy, Ariel, and Mowgli. Rudy is the smaller American Eskimo, Ariel the Keeshond, and Mowgli the larger American Eskimo. All 3 are from shelters, and the best dogs!

Although you can't get it at hardware stores, balsa foam has a nice consistency like stone. I used floral foam from a Michaels' that was going out of business, and mixed a thin water/carpenters' glue solution, and painted it over the foam, then spread a thin coat of sand over it for the statue...

If I'm doing a customization/original sculpt, I allow the customer (and tell them in the quote) that the initial/original cost contains reasonable revisions/or 2 to 3 revisions. After that, I charge an hourly rate for changes they want.

Have you considered intrinsically coloring the urethane to get a base color? Most urethane suppliers have a line of compatible colors, including flesh tones (i.e. BJB) for urethanes....

Are you talking the Space Jockey as seen in Alien, or a "live" one in a different pose?

Some were masks originally, which I shrunk down to use as sculpting blanks.
