I think that's from Otomo's ad campaign for canon (or was it nikon?) camera back in the late 80' early 90's. Its in one of Otomo's art books.

Enterbay jack Bauer. The rest of the figure is sub par but the HS is the most realistic that I have ever seen.

I have not bought any current slim bodies but I can tell you HT Slim is still too bulky compare to your typical RAH301. Not to mention RAH pants will be too short for HT slim as well. The only other body that I have used that worked was triad's anime bodies when they made figures from samurai...
