Hate to say it but I think this will never come to fruition. Even at Sideshows site now the if you click the link for the 66 Batmobile under coming soon it brings you to statues. So Sideshow has even removed the page for it. Definitely not a good sign.

I am still hoping HT continues with the 1966 Batmobile. The sales would reach beyond just 1/6th scale collectors as well. So many fans of the car would buy it just to own it, and would probably buy Batman and Robin to boot. Come on Hot Toys, deliver the goods.
