I would love to see reproductions of the vintage 12" figures! I have three of the vintage ones from my childhood. Whenever I think about getting one or two more I look at those e-bay prices and decide that I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars for them. I don't think that repro figures hurt...

I was very disappointed when those figures from Amok Time didn't make it into production. I pre-ordered all five figures and I remember that at one point Amok Time said that the BSG figures would definately be produced. I took that as confirmation that they had enough pre-orders. But then the...

I wish Sideshow would get the license for Classic Battlestar Galactica. Amok Time didn't do much for it, although they had phantastic prototypes (Athena, Boomer etc.). But maybe they didn't have the necessary resources? Sideshow should continue the 12" line and start where Majestic/ Amok Time...

My pre-order at Amoktime has not been cancelled. At least they did not tell me about it! But I guess this does not mean anything: Amoktime did not answer any of my mails either. Well, at least my collection is complete then. And I am running out of space anyway, so no new figures is, in some...

Today I got my very first newsletter from Amok Time! Several months after registering, I already had given up the hope. This must be a good sign! Unfortunately, the newsletter does not mention Battlestar Galactica... But at least a sign of life from Amok Time.

I also hope that they still have my pre-orders somewhere in their system. What worries me is that I cannot see my pre-orders anymore and that the figures are not offered anymore. Besides, I tried to register for the newsletter but never got one. Did they sent any newsletters recently? And they...

So, 30 days have passed and I did not see an update on the Galactica figures. Did anyone hear anything from Amoktime?
