Re: 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS - Guardians of the Galaxy: Thanos Collectible Figure (Toy Soul
I thought Ronan is already dead in the first Guardian movie, :)
Maybe that's why they passed on him...
Hahaha Yankees, then the acceptance of the bad part will depend on your threshold.
There are certain bad parts that can be accepted as destroying a figure/parts can be "mind blowing"!!
Thanks Heubert I agree with you on the advantage of store pick-ups.
Singapore and The Philippines have it good as opposed to Europe and the USA.
Sometimes these bad units fall into the hands of non-fussy collectors and Hot Toys get away with it.
With Hot Toys packed schedule, I am sure paint...
Yes Yankees, I know how you feel.
I can seriously say that Hot Toys paint job on this guy can be very random, some figures had it good on the front but there were many smudges on the back.
There were a couple of figures with smudges on the helmet, arm guards, feet, air vents on the back of his...
I just got mine since Monday and took an hour to choose from about 10 boxes of HeartBreaker.
It was really hard to choose the "perfect" figure with the best paint job but I found a very good piece in the end.
His chest light up features with the side vents lighted up is very cool and nice...

Re: 1/6 Hot Toys MMS264 - X-Men: DOFP: Wolverine Collectible Figure (Specs + Pics)

Hmmm the claws look a little different and more spread out....hopping for a recast head or getting the head as parts off eBay.
Nice photos there Guyver!!
The suit on this Widow seems to be better than the Avengers version.
The Avengers version tend to have creases if the elbow it kept bended.
Nice display there but the folks here tend to be pretty cold towards certain topics.
Most questions or threads will go unanswered here, :D
Keep your head up and have fun collecting.
