I had this preordered a few months ago but had to cancel it for financial reasons. Yeah, um, not regretting it as much now. What a wonderful hot mess they've crafted here, it says a lot when an $85 action figure blows away a $400+ statue, some of the customs on that figure make this thing...

No sweat, balboa1976, it's all good. I'm not comparing them to any other line, I'm expressing what my eyes tell me, that's all. They could have been done better at this scale and price range IMO.

Pathetic is a tad strong, don't you think? Opinions, dude, opinions, some don't mind how these figures look and some do. No need for the low end/high end clarification, I'm well aware, I simply don't care for how these look, I would rather they left out the articulation in that area and...

Re: NECA's RoboCop is a total bust That leg has "spring breaks after just a couple of times" written all over it. Luckily I don't open my figures but if the leg is closed while inside the packaging I won't even bother since it won't look ant different than their first 7".

Yeesh, not impressed. What is it with NECA and doing humans recently, have you seen that atrocious Rocky line? At least their Evil Dead 2's are nice, though. Leg articulation doesn't matter to me, my figures stay in the boxes.

It happens, it'll happen more and more the older you get lol. I still need to get the Gort, been dragging my feet on that one. This was very pleasant news indeed, not only are we getting the City Hunter in 1/4 but the Warrior as well! Another great year to be a Predator fan.

I always found it odd that they make their prototypes larger than what they eventually release, is it really a prototype when they do that? It's a prototype of a 12" figure for sure but the end product is 7", shouldn't they make a prototype at 7" rather than 12"? I don't know, I'm nitpicking.

I bought the Toys R' Us exclusive two pack just to get the masked city hunter so I'm dying to see what Kyle does with it in 20" form! While I'm sure the sculpt will be awesome I'm curious to see if they can get the paint right, that dark copper with the metallic flakes ain't gonna be easy, it...

Looking at my 7" City Hunter the mouth almost looks to be half open and half closed, not fully open but definitely not closed, either. Ah well, semantics, this news makes my week!
