Fair enough if you don't like the figure, but Wendy and Jason are genuine. They've been into 1/6th well before Hot Toys was a big player, and they have been collecting sideshow all along. They have a genuine love for Sideshow 1/6th products. So yeah, it's cool if you hate the figure but don't...
I work in manufacturing. We do not make toys (or anything remotely related) but I can tell you with some certainty that no company in the world simply goes forward with mass production without doing a manufacturing test run first.
Once you have all the systems in place to go ahead with full...
Re: Hot Toys - RoboCop: 1/6th scale Collectible Figure with Mechanical Chair
Remember the nightmare scene? It's actually cool they included that face, very movie accurate.
With regards to price, I'd say around $350. Hulk is gonna retail at around $300, and he's 16.5''.
Seeing as how this isn't diecast, and probably has less engineering work going into it than Iron Monger (plus no headsculpt inside) I'd say $350 is probably a good guess for this guy.

We collect toys. That's the hobby.
Get over yourself, you have a toy collection. What's the big deal? It looks toyish.....big surprise! It's a freakin' toy for god's sake! Deal with it.
I own several figs with the new Medi body, and I can attest it is significantly improved.
I have the Vader 2.0, the Darth Maul Reissue, the ROTJ Boba Fett and the Geonosis Jango, and none of them has given me a single issue, body-wise.
I feel confident in saying no longer a problem. They're...
Well, now it's official. If there is any collector that is not disappointed with the announcement of this as the next DX, i'll be surprised.
This will be the first DX since Michael Jackson that I will willingly pass on. The original version is more than sufficient. Plus, it comes with bugger...
It's not really the cost of a 1/6 scale AT-AT that would bother me, so much as the cost of the extention that I'll need to add on to my house in order to actually keep it somewhere.
