I was speaking to another collector who has the same issue and he told me he pushed the head down until he heard it click. I probably didn't push it in far enough for fear of damaging the fabric around the neck post.

If you shoot the figure from above you can get away with it. But if you want to pose it in your detolf then it wouldn't look very good.

Sadly yes. But my frustration took over and I thought of getting around the obstacle. It's acceptable for now but once I find a new head on eBay I will probably pull the trigger.

Sadly that won't be an option for me. I gave it another shot last night and made it worse. So I drilled out the plastic around the screw and got it out that way. Butchered the inside but it is hidden by the removable plate.

Hello all
I got my War Machine today but managed to strip the screw on the battery compartment for the head sculpt. Has can someone recommend a solution other than buying a new head?

tried that and there was a lot of resistance. I'd really hate to break something less than 24 hours after I received it :(

Hey all
Just got mine from Pop and I've just put the backpack on (successfully thanks to Craig's video!)
Now it seems I can't take the side pieces off. Does anyone have any suggestions?
