    Hanging Sign Displays

Hello, I've returned to the forums, and my Toy Story collection has continued to grow. Just to give a quick rundown, I've got a lot of promotional merchandise from the first film, most of which was displayed in retail stores. While the standees posters are easy to display, there's a few items...

    Thinkway Toy Story Collection

True, though they weren't clear about what Wave 3, and they don't even seperate between the normal toys and the Toy Story Collection. On top of that, possibly releasing it only in the UK doesn't help.

    Thinkway Toy Story Collection

That's pretty much what I said in my previous post. As it stands, Toy Story 3 is still the most successful animated picture of all time, and many fans (young and old) would still buy up any good merchandise. I think Thinkway is just wondering what would be profitable and not, which is an...

    Thinkway Toy Story Collection

Well, the only problem with waiting a long time is that we don't know what we're getting. All we've got is rumors; no official word. I mean, I don't want to get my hopes up if they don't end up delivering.

Honestly, this isn't really going anywhere. I'm happy for what we got, but it's taking forever, and there's far too much uncertaintly. I understand that it takes time for such a quality product, but there wasn't nearly as long a wait for Wave 2.

Which of these Currently licensed Figures would you like from Hot Toys?

Joker. Hopefully, they'll continue down the Tim Burton route.

Looks good, the colors really stand out, especially when compared to the Disney Store counterparts. I'm hoping more for $20 price range, since they are a lot simpler than the others. Looks like they also don't have any unnecessary electronics, either.

    Kinda New

Hey, I'm sorta new here. I joined around last year, but left after some unpleasant conversation in the Toy Story thread. But this seems like a nice place, so why let a few pricks ruin that, eh?

Hot Toys - The Joker 1989 - Jack Nicholson

All I can say is WOW. Nice detail and everything, hopefully they include all his gags. Looks like we may be getting a fitting figure for the best film Joker.

I totally forgot about TS3, and Mrs. Potato Head slipped under my nose, nice catch. I'm guessing Twitch is the most likely, since he's an action figure, they may add him to the normal action figure line.

    Thinkway Toy Story Collection

Everything looks good for Wave 2 so far, so I thought I may as well add my predictions (they're in order of liklieness). 1. Hamm; we already saw the prototype 2. Stinky Pete; to complete the roundup gang 3. Zurg 4. Slinky; although he already exists as a real toy, the same went for Mr. Potato...

Seperating the eyes would probably be too much work if you're going to put it onto a classic Mr. Potato Head body. Just stick with the connected eyes and, if you can track down an 80's Potato Head body, that's the model that was used in the film (the nose, arms, and cap are also identical). If...

    Thinkway Toy Story Collection

Well, I've e-mailed ThinkWay, and they said that PIXAR has all the control over the sculpts and how they should look. This is probably just an early mock-up by ThinkWay. They've also confirmed the whole hat suffocation issue. We have Wheezy... Kind of. It's a rare Japanese figure that appears...

Eh, sorry then. I'm new here.:doh On topic, Mr. Potato Head looks pretty good movie-wise. If it was my call, though, I'd leave out the rocking feature and make the legs removable.

Sorry if I may come off as a little harsh, but one of my first toys was a pull-string Woody, and that thing survived childhood without any incidents. Sure, it ain't the prettiest sight to look at, but it held up. Anyways, the hands were not changed for safety, that's just the pose that PIXAR...
