Why is it Hollywood never has the hero carrying another guy that way?

Real question is who cares? I’d say it’s more a comic type picture than reality. After all, it’s a comic book movie and the pose and everything screams comic cell to me.

Well from the photo to me it looks like the cape clips are pushed a bit farther up from the bat emblem, similar to how HT did it.

Yeah, her cape clips were definitely pushed up for the shot.

On the subject of Rachel she was such a poorly developed character I didn't really care when she died in TDK. One of the only weak points in BB and TDK.

Completely agree. I found her to be better in TDK but still pretty thin. I really wish they put Harvey in the first one so it didn't look like she just slept with whoever is the DA. Kinda takes away from the love triangle in TDK.

It's pure Hollywood sexism. I remember Rey being carried like that and I immediately said you would never see Luke or any male star of a movie being carried like that. Hollywood needs to evolve.

Yea, I totally agree. Sort of frustrating sometimes.. The pro is that Hollywood and comics do “evolve” so quickly that we are never stuck with one thing or another and characters are always expanding...the con is sometimes we have to wait for an evolution to take place before we are actually able to enjoy the characters of interest.

I can’t stand this movement. It’s like they are stuck in this competitive idealistic phase a lot of people get when they attend college. Usually based on a lot of conjecture and emotional instability. It’s easy to milk emotion and it can easily supersede logic...

Not saying that all revolutions are bad...just a lot of the more modern “revolutionaries” are breeding contrived, yet passionate, followers.

They just can’t relax.

Also, I know the chances are slim to none, however I'd like a third party to make the 'Swear to ME!' mouth plate.

There’s one on eBay if you just type in “custom cape 1/4 hot toys Batman”. There’s only one for this particular Batman.

I’d really like to have a custom cape too and I’m wondering what to do about clips. Don’t know if I want to destroy the stock cape. Such a luxury item and customizing It myself is a scary thought..
