I didn't get much time to 'play' this evening due to work, but here are a couple of quick pics. Apologies - they're not great, I didn't have much time to experiment / repose etc, but I thought I'd share anyway. I'll try and take some better pictures tomorrow.

Don’t the Iron Man figures have some extra double jointed articulation that pops their hips out to get into certain poses?

Palpatine needs an expandable double jointed shin feature. Probably coming in v2 with a different headsculpt.

Yeah it's really strange that there doesn't seem to be any issue with those latest pics. Maybe it all does just come down to proper posing and futzing.

As I said several pages back.....need to slouch him down. In the film he's almost horizontal. He doesn't sit upright in the chair. I'm sure hot toys have designed him this way......because that's accurate. Just saying.

Palps slumps in that seat. He's a pimp; proper posture isn't high on his list of priorities.

I guess it really was just that the first few people who put him on the throne weren't slouching him enough.

Yeah his feet were always slightly off the ground, but they never dangled off like in a high chair as the early pics made it out to be

Yeah, I was surprised that they don't look squished in there. Works out rather well for that display.

I'm going to put mine on the top to accommodate Throne, Emperor, one Royal Guard, ROTJ Vader (eventually) and Jedi Luke. Museum putty will hopefully keep everyone "locked" in place.

Amazing figure, couldn't quite put my finger on why i recognised the expression so much but seems identical to the Emperor on Star Wars Battlefront.
