They responded to some and offered entire replacement figures free of charge. I heard of this happening with at least two different people.

That's how you handle it. Good on them. However, won't people likely run into the same issue with their replacements?

Its really pliable mate you should see some of the others i have done
I dont know what happened with Crawfords his looks like shrinkage not enough rubber in the mold as this stuff seems give very well.

After playing around with it more last night and this morning I am going to slightly revise my score from 2.5 to 3.5 out of 5. The buttons are a pain (THANK YOU CLIPPER FOR THE VIDEO TUTORIAL) and my struggle with them colored my initial impressions pretty heavily I think.

I get where Pixle is coming with the $140 comment... doesn't mean you can actually get a figure now for $140; but for the quality it seems on par with other disappointing figures like the Escape from New York Plissken or Star Ace's Mad Eye Moody. Sure everyone now charges over $200, but that doesn't mean you always get the same level of quality.

It does seem like M8 did at least try with this release, but I think the figure needed a few more QC passes before the production was finalized.

i get the minor miracle of the arrival of a figure that seemed like it was a long con, but this seems to be getting all sorts of passes in the reviews i have seen, the body is a disgrace the tailoring looks pretty bad, the head is undersized the skin is splitting in most reviews out of the box, maybe i am missing something firsthand but on pics and vids no way would i be tempted to buy this.
