Just curious about the average wait time on SS responses to product issues? I think they said 5-7 business days on their site. It's only been about six but I was just curious about other people's experiences.

It’ll probably be Monday or Tuesday. Business days don’t include weekends

I would've called already on day 2. If not call ...then I would've used the chat feature in the SSC website.

Well not yet... They want me to send back the whole statue for an exchange instead of send me a new part and destroy the one I have... Not sure if I'm going to take the risk to have a worst one

Same here I had to resend hulk back and they wouldn’t let me hold on to the portraits.... they said in case they don’t fit on the new body they would send me...

I sent a live chat request and they said I would hear back by tomorrow. It's only a replacement head that each one has so I'm hoping it won't be as big if a deal as the Thanos replacement. If it's an issue I will just send Thor back and cancel Hulk. But I really don't see that happening.

Not really... she said as soon as they get mine (which is Thursday) they will quickly send me a replacement....

SS responded and said they have a replacement Thor portrait for me. They are going to be mailing it out soon. They also offered a full return or a 40 dollar credit and repair it myself. I'm really hoping the new portrait they send is quality inspected.

Send it back. It won't cost you anything and they will get you a new 1 from their stock in the warehouse. They will open it and inspect it before they send it out to you to make sure it's straight. The only thing you will spend is the gas to the UPS store.
