I have one shipping soon and I'm seriously considering getting a second to upgrade my "Aliens - Powerloader" Ripley. I could sell of the extras to help finance the update.*

*I know that Jonesy will be demanding big bucks... :lecture

There are, at the very least, four versions of 79 Ripley I'd like to have. One as she is now, one with the flight suit tied at the waist (dinner scene), one from the famous undies scene and one in the compression suit.

OMG:horror

I wonder if they might do a spacesuit version, if only because it simply means disinterring an existing mold, painting it white, & just stuffing an existing headsculpt in it.

I'm not saying that's the right way to do it..

I finally got round to putting the ankle extenders on Ripley. I had to use a couple of coats of clear varnish on ball joint and let it dry as the connector was too loose to start with. I think it helps with the height issue lots.

They would not use the rubber suit these days. It would also be too big for Ripley. The rest of it, maybe.

Nicely done, sir. Definitely makes a better difference.

I have been trying to improve the headsculpt adding the wounds on her face... I have added white powder (makeup) to make her pale like the movie... :rotfl

Thanks! Mmmm... I have used my wife "things" hahaha. Grey eye shadow powder and red gloss. I have used skin tone powder to make pale skin.

excellent work, that was one thing I wanted to possibly attempt with mine, make her like she was in almost 3rd act of movie. Without her hair sculpt to be pulled into pony tail, can't go full on sweaty fleeing Rip as I'd like to, but the cheek bruise and slight sweatyness you've captured excellent.

Better seal it with dull overcoat before it fade away. Make sure you cover the eyes with scott tapes before doing so though.

I must be hallucinating as for a moment i thought i see two ripley's waiting for me as i got home!
Someone PINCH ME please!
