Nice to see an actual product....I am going on the assumption that this is not a render.

It's falls short of the initial sculpt in many ways, but overall for the money you get a lot.

Assuming people who orders actually get this item and it looks as it does in the pictures.

I doubt I would deal with M8 with their current track record and lack of ability to follow a calendar or update in progress. Seems like a shabby enterprise to me. On kin to the way PCS has been operating.

If they do a Wonka I may bite well after in hand pics show up....I am not rewarding this method of business with a pre order....

When someone asks a company for a refund multiple times without being acknowledged and then being forced to go through PP to get it, I would say that makes them nearly crooks. It definitely makes them shady.

If you had shown up out of nowhere, claiming to be the single greatest thing to ever happen to illustration and teasing that - next Tuesday! - you were about to unleash a drawing of She-Ra unlike any the world has ever seen only to show us a couple pencilled roughs two months later showcasing a Princess of Power that's perfectly fine but in no discernible way groundbreaking?

I don't think you could blame me for being less inclined to believe a word you said thereafter.

Hyping their own product isn't the damnable offense here. I would think that you, more than most, can appreciate the importance of hitting deadlines and not overselling your ability to produce a final product that meets the prescribed standards.

My point here on this entire thread was that calling them crooks and con artists was not cool.

I'll actually co-sign this. They've mislead vendors, ignored customers and botched communications but, thankfully, there's been no concrete evidence to back up those aspersions. That's a fair point.

But I don't think you can blame me for being less inclined to believe a word they say hereafter.

After being MIA for 3+ months on instagram , Kyung Kim is back at promoting the figure

Mole8 is also back at commenting saying they do not have a shipping date, and will get back to customers once they get a shipping time.

Gotta jump in. Love both you guys, but I gotta disagree here. They are still pushing that endoskeleton inside their figure. That has not and will not happen. That is, and will be, a lie.

I'm not sure how many "misunderstandings" you guys are willing to let slide before you call it lying. I'm far less tolerant I suppose. I've seen these guys lying from the start. Stated intentions with no follow thru does not count as "we tried" in my book.

Question: are the yellow tinted glasses going to be provided as they say, or will it be the lower grade silver ones shown in the picture below?

They're included, they just weren't shown in any closeups like that. You can see them on the blue jacket and green shirt figures here.

Footwear is magnetized to the base? Interesting. I had assumed the metal skeleton would be magnetized to the base.

Anyway, looks better than the last photos from their booth but not as good as the original sculpt. Looking forward to in-hand pics from anyone who still has it on pre-order.

The Booty is referring to just random She-Ra art I do for myself for fun. I start a sketch, tell folks I hope to get this one finished. It's Not professional paid work. I don't draw for The Boot, funnily enough. More often than I like, I drop the odd personal private piece in favour of paid commission work. Isn't that just scandalous?? I do not think I am awesome at all. Quite the opposite.
