After the positive impressions of her, I think I'll purchase Lambert after all. Maybe the defiance xeno as well.

Still surprised the covenant wave hasn't hit the UK yet. I have no idea if they've even been shipped yet.

I'm so glad i was able to find my 2nd Lambert and be done with her. She really is a great figure even with the heighth being off. Lambert has been the hardest "regular" figure to find for me although with her low numbers so far she is almost like an exclusive. I wonder what her production number was since i thought 5,000 per figure is norm.

considering they're hard to find.

I noticed that Kane and Dallas tower over the Alien 3 Weyland Yutani commando...so I'm guessing Lambert does aswell.

got the Defiance alien and Lambert.
didn't open any yet, but:
alien: now i'm happy he's painted differently than Isolation alien! though black areas look like pants and sleeves on those old A2 movie suits (cheap).
Lambert: ugly crying skulpt is shaped and painted much better than neutral. the neutral one doesn't look a bit like Lambert, but it didn't from the beginning. i'll use the ugly one and put away the neutral.

opened Lambert.
left leg is significantly shorter than the right one
but, as she's a woman, i put her in such walking pose that it looks like hips wagging.
the pistol was broken in the box, but i have a freshly opened superglue.
one arm peg - the one that goes into shoulder (not the torso) - cannot be put into the shoulder completely, so there is a gap. or it was warped while assembling. didn't see it on other suits.
all joints move much better from the start than older Nostromo crew space suits.
no sticky paint this time.
face is almost covered with helmet's lower half, if the figure is on your eyes level.
all in all - nothing less than i expected, and maybe more in terms of better moving joints.
got it on ebay only for $31 including shipping.

It's great, and I feel like a hypocrite for saying it, because I always want more expressive faces, but I would like a plain face too. Just because that face is so specific and won't legitimately (screen accurately) fit any dioramas/scenes with other characters, but the one with the alien.

It's not a biggie though, I'm still amazed and delighted we're getting him!

Burke was amazingly calm when he was being confronted by the group and has a pulse rifle shoved in his face. Probably due to him being a junior corporate executive who was accustomed to talking his way into and out of things.





But when that door opened, he knew immediately that the Xeno was not open to negotiation...

I think getting the cargo/monitor section of the APC would be a good alternative to an actual APC. It'd be the marine equivalent to the trophy wall/pyramid pillar.

That's a neat idea. How about a drop ship weapon section? I have tons of rifles, motion trackers and no authentic storage area. I want some WY crates on top.

I say it's a business opportunity waiting to happen.
