That's a nice Hulkbuster, doesn't appear to be the Hot Toys or am I wrong? If that's HK Dollars that comes to ~350 USD. Looks like it's roughly 16-18 inches tall.

I think it's a toy company called Dragon something. It was REALLY impressive. If it wasn't so big and expensive, I would have bought it.

Amazing photos! I love to recall what we had in Hongkong Disneyland before. A photo shoot with Mickey and Minnie Mouse was the best part and so with the Jungle cruise.

Planning a trip to WDW with the girlfriend for new years eve week. Probably packed but hopefully still fun.

Will probably be stuffed to the gills. Use your fast passes to ride the "have to's" and be ready to be patient with shoulder to shoulder people. Hope you have a great time!!

WHOAAAAAA i realized i haven't posted in here since 2016!

Lot's of Disney news lately too... we have Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout opening May 27, new Star Wars planet CRAIT added to Star Tours. Disney World gets Pandora next month too. I'll actually be in Orlando for the weekend next week but debating whether to do all Disney or all Universal. We'll see.

anyway, here's a few pics from this year...

more later.

I'm having a dilemma maybe some of you can answer. I have Friday, Saturday, half of Sunday in Orlando next weekend. Very limited time. Here are the things I haven't done:

Disney World
-Frozen ride in Epcot
-Animal Kingdom Rivers of Light nighttime show
-Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar at Disney Springs
-Trader Sam's Grog Grotto at Polynesian
-Abracadabar on the Boardwalk behind Epcot
-Star Wars stuff (which is kinda the same we have at Disneyland) at Hollywood Studios.

Universal Orlando:
-King Kong
-Fallon ride
Toothsome's Chocolate Emporium

I feel like I can probably conquer all of those things if I plan it right. But what should my priorities be? I feel like I can drop Animal Kingdom and do that show when i'm back for Avatar Land.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't bother to do the SW stuff and just hit it all when the new land opens. I'd says Frozen ride and the Grotto would be my top two. I personally don't care about frozen, but really curious to see how they changed the Maelstrom ride, which I loved.

Yeah although it would be neat to see what's different at the orlando launch bay vs the Anaheim one. And there is a new BB-8 meet & greet although i met the real thing in 2015... decisions decisions.

Hi Coheteboy -

My wife and I were in Orlando in September. Based on your list... here are a few thoughts...

Disney World
-Frozen ride in Epcot - Short ride, kinda boring, but great presentation - recommended
-Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar at Disney Springs - Good atmosphere - appetizers only - suggest you sit in the "boat" that is actually part of the restaurant building. It has a nice view of the car-boat landing.
-Star Wars stuff (which is kinda the same we have at Disneyland) at Hollywood Studios. - Big fan of Star Wars. Have not seen the Disneyland version, but I'd hit this just because it's Star Wars.

Universal Orlando:
-King Kong - Loved this. Rode it multiple times. Not a bad seat on the ride. Kinda cool that the ride seems a little different each time depending upon where you sit. Make sure that you have your "head on a swivel" - check out the thing that you should be looking at right in front of you... bait also take a look @ what is gong on behind you as well.
-Fallon ride - Did not do... but will probably head down there this Fall to check it out. If you go - pass along your thoughts!

Dennis, thanks for your feedback! From what I heard, King Kong is a must. I think I'll definitely have to do that.

As for Frozen ride, there's a bar behind Epcot that i need to do that opens at 5pm, so if I'm in the area then i should probably get that Frozen out of the way during the day. It'll be a long line i'm sure but I always like doing things I haven't done before.

Back to Disneyland photos, Honda's sponsorship of Autopia brought in some new things to look at along the way. ASIMO the robot and his friend Bird. We see various vignettes of them planning a road trip.
