In the teaser video it appeared that there was another piece that goes under the throne I guess to give it a rise. I could be wrong but that's what I thought I saw.

EDIT: Just re watched the video and sideshow could very well have just put the throne on top of any stand to make it look higher meaning it's not really a part of the statue but just a prop used.

Here's a pic from the other forum. The throne definitely looks small--those armrests aren't going to add much bulk. Maybe the full reveal will show it as a little more imposing, but I'm not as impressed from this pic.

Unassembled it does look especially underwhelming, but I think once we see the complete reveal it will look fine.

Then we can fully appreciate the finer details of the throne itself. Not expecting Doom level intricacy, but I think it will still look cool.

I don't know. It sure looks from that picture like the only additions to the "seat" are the armrests. Unless there's some pieces that attach to the rear and aren't in the picture.

Considering that I'll never get any XM piece, I will likely order this one. I like what I see so far.

The size of the throne is not what's crucial to me. To me, the proportions, details and size that they give Thanos is what's important.

So far Thanos looks good. His proportions look on par ...so are the details. Now just need to see how he sizes up with other 1/4 scale PFs.

I'm still awaiting the full reveal, however, just to make sure this statue is on the up and up. And pricing is still going to be key.

I am so sold on this. Ok still depends on price but i dont expect it to be tooo cheap anyways. But i loved everything in that vid.curios what the ex is. Wasnt there both hands on the armrest? I bet that finger one is the excl. oh well. Day 1 po anyways
