No one really knows yet. They might. I'd be kind of surprised if they didn't, but.
What a disgusting figure. No way I would anything like that in my sight. I hated seeing that character in the movies.
To each their own I guess.
He sure is one of my top 5 movie villains of all time; the actor's movements, voice and accent were the things that really made this guy a classic movie villain. I must admit I'd prefer an official licensed rerelease or an updated figure but I'm really glad most of my favourite movie characters get the 1/6 treatment. I mustn't complain.
I hope we get a new figure announcement tomorrow. (And I sure hope it's not just C-3PO or something)

I wouldn't go so far as to say lame, as the EX does present better on the eye than the non-EX and given that they couldn't be bothered to give Loki a tesseract EX (deal breaker) I'm thankful (after a fashion) that there is even an EX on this.

BTW, since my collection is growing rapidly and all those 'exclusive' large bases take way too much space I'm looking for a (European) retailer that sells 1/6 stands:
(I haven't found a thread on this forum for 1/6 stands info and didn't want to make a new one.)
Still eager to get that Full Bat-signal set though; 320 EUR for the full set only this weekend which is like 160 EUR per figure + a 'free' Bat-signal.

It's not just punisher. It's a cumulative effect of the knockoff market growth and the complaints to both marvel and hot toys. If you are CMC or SHF and hot toys has this license for a film and then there are other people making dozens of figures from it and you can't or you lose any existing license wouldn't you complain? And if your hot toys and people are comparing your prices to some unlicensed figure that has 1/10 of the costs to make due to the legal restrictions and taxes and all that stuff wouldn't you eventually be like, that's enough. And if you spend a bunch of money on a license for say, Xmen films, and hen can't make the figures due to actor likenesses issues but other people are doing so and the licensing contract isn't enforced, wouldn't that piss you off?
This issue was a long time coming and in the last 6-12 months it was inevitable. Pretty sure I even warned people that if you order one of these unlicensed figures be prepared to lose your money as hot toys wouldn't let it keep going for much longer.
