That's exactly what I have in mind. Not entirely sure what kind of spear but it's something I'm thinking of.

Has there been at least a comic like that? It seems like such a no brainer. You could do really cool stuff with heat distortion coupled with the optical camo.

They did winter Preds with AvP and totally squandered the concept by doing nothing with the design of the preds to reflect that. You'd think a species that is at home in jungles would need cold weather gear.

Maybe you could take inspiration from a simple Native American hunting spear. Obviously it's your baby, but I picture him with something thin and not too flashy and cumbersome

I was looking at spears from middle eastern cultures during the middle ages. Didn't think to do native american. That may not be a bad idea. Would fit more in with the rustic look I have going.

Yeah that would be cool. I'd like to see more in-house movie-style designs. The Samurai Pred was very cool but doesn't really fit in with anything else.

Back from the dark depths of Sideshow Collectors forum, following an epic necro-bump, Shadow hunter. Snake. Another ugly motherfather.

Ever since I discovered this collectible world and started getting all the (IMO) worthy predators, it's been quite silent on my collection front. And with the AvP Elder being the joke it was, I had to go way back to find another predator to buy.

Just now, however, I found and consequently bought a sealed shipper Shadow Predator. Can't wait for it to get here. Meanwhile, I've been reading up on this thread retroactively. Do you still have yours? How is it holding up? Any new pics?

The mandible and fur mods both look good. The Berserker mask looks better on him than it does on Berserker. Fits him well.

Looks great, P. And I like those mods. Assume you shortened the neck as well? How did you make the mandibles stay in that position when cold? Do they move back to their initial position? I also have an extra Berserker head and mask, might use the mask for this. Fits him like a freaking glove.
